NB20L00153JBA Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, the package 1206 (3216 Metric) includes it. Typically, NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. When setting NTC thermistors to -55°C~150°C, it will ensure reliable performance. It is noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 240mW of power.
