As far as RF Transceiver' mounting is concerned, Through Hole is adopted.Ideally, Transceiver RF's supply voltage should be 5V.optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tray package in this RF Transceiver module.During Transceiver operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C.There are 45 pins used for high power RF Transceiver operation.In the SocketModem® iCell family, this part palys an important role in RF Transceiver Module's traget applications.It is possible to supply 3.3V~5V volts to the RF Transceiver.RF Transceiver Modules operate with a frequency of 800MHz 1.9GHz Hz.This Transceiver is widely used in many applications because of its Through Hole mount.
