MPC8572VTAVNB Overview


The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. In the case of a 1.1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 1.5GHz Hz. The maximum supply current is 1.155V. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 105°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. A CPU with 2 cores. 1.5GHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU.
