The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 783-BBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~105°C TA. MPC85xx is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e500v2 processor. It has DDR2, DDR3, SDRAM RAM controllers. A DUART, HSSI, I2C, MMC/SD, PCI, RapidIO, SPI, TDM, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
