MPC8360ZUAJDG Overview
uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. To date, there have been 740 terminations. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 1.3V. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. 533MHz is the CPU's frequency. Datasheets for 740 pin functions can be found here. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. If the temperature is higher than 105°C, the microprocessor should not operate. There are 1 cores in this CPU. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 533MHz. It is possible to use the micro processor from 1.2V.
