MLX90640ESF-BAB-000-TU Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in TO-205AD, TO-39-3 Metal Can packages. A voltage of 2.9V~3.6V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. Image sensors can supply up to 3.6V voltage. lmage sensors, however, should provide a minimum voltage of 3V.
