MIMXRT1062CVL5A Description
The MIMXRT1062CVL5A is a new processor family that uses NXP's advanced implementation of the ARM Cortex - M7 core at speeds up to 528 MHz, providing high CPU performance and the best real-time response. The I.MX RT1060 processor has a 1 MB on-chip RAM. 512KB can be flexibly configured as Tcm or universal on-chip RAM, and the rest of the 512KB is general-purpose on-chip MIMXRT1062CVL5A integrates advanced power management modules with DCDC and LDO, reducing the complexity of external power supplies and simplifying power sequencing. IMX RT1060 also provides a variety of memory interfaces, including SDRAM, raw NAND flash, NOR flash, SD/eMMC, quad SPI, and a variety of other interfaces for connecting peripherals, such as wireless local area networks, Bluetooth sensors, global positioning systems, monitors, and camera sensors.
