To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C. The maximum operating temperature of 125°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 50mW. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 50mW.
