MC9S08SH16CTL Description
The 8-bit HCS08 Family of low-cost, high-performance microcontrollers includes the MC9S08SH16CTL members (MCUs). The upgraded HCS08 core is used by all MCUs in the series, which also come in a range of module options, memory sizes, memory kinds, and package options.
