MC68HC705C8ACFNE Description
An 8-bit high-performance microcontroller unit is the MC68HC705C8ACFNE (MCU). The M68HC05 family of single-chip microcomputers from NXP includes the 68HC705C8a microcomputer (MCU). This 8-bit MCU has read-only (ROM) security, COP watchdog timer, high current pin, keyboard scanning logic, and more. The customer-specified integrated circuit (CSIC) design approach serves as the foundation for the M68HC05 family. The M68HC05 central processing unit (CPU) is shared by all MCUs in the series, and a range of subsystems, memory kinds, and memory sizes are offered.
