MC1496BDG Overview
Based on the frequency of 300MHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.14 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 14-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 125°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 5mA in order to deliver its performance.
