MAX9990ETP+ Overview


The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 1.5GHz~2.2GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tube format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 20 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.
