A Tray case is used for delivery.64-TQFP Exposed Pad cases contain it.The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount.-40°C~85°C operating temperature varies with the device.An output of 3.3V volts is provided by the chip.Input can be entered using a LVDS form.PECL is recognized as the output type of interface ics.16 inputs need to be operated.Serializer/Deserializer is capable of maintaining 1 outputs.There are a total of 64 terminations.64 pins are available on the chip.3.3V is its maximum supply voltage.By using Surface Mount, the device can be mounted.3.6V volts is the chip's operating supply voltage.Parts' telecom IC types are sorted using ATM/SONET/SDH SERIAL TO PARALLEL/PARALLEL TO SERIAL CONVERTER.
