A frequency of 10MHz~1GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced Die package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
