MAX2322EUP+T Overview


The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 1.85GHz~1.91GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 20 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
