MAX2046ETJ-T Overview


A frequency of 2.06 GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced QFN package.There is a Bulk package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85 °C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40 °C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
