A frequency of 500MHz ~ 1.1GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 5.8 mA in order to deliver its performance.
