The analog input domain voltage should not be broken down below 18 V.In capacitors, capacitance is the ability to store electric charge, and its capacitance ratio is 8.1 .Varactor has a tolerance of 10% on the diode cap.You can deliver a diode capacitance of 5 pF through it.There should be no deviation from -65°C ~ 150°C in operating temperatures.Moreover, the 2-SMD, No Lead package saves space.This device exhibits its best ability to conduct power loss without overheating when its maximum power dissipation is reached.Conversion results are accurate when the peak reverse voltage is within 18 V.
