Varactor is not recommended to use an analog input domain voltage with a breakdown voltage of 20V.Varactor is the capacVaractorsance ratio that determines how well a capacVaractorsor stores an electric charge, and Varactorss capacVaractorsance is 5.5 volts.Diode cap tolerance 10% is a characteristic of this device.There is a possibility of delivering a diode capacitance of 0.6pF.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -65°C~150°C TJ range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the 2-SMD package.This device conducts power loss effectively without overheating while displaying maximum power dissipation.An accurate conversion requires a peak reverse voltage within 20V.
