MA46603-134 Overview
A breakdown voltage of 30 V should not be used for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio, or ability to store electric charge, is 2.8.-65°C ~ 175°C is the recommended operating temperature range.As an added benefit, the Die package is space-saving.In order for conversion results to be accurate, the peak reverse voltage must be within 30 V.
