M57161L-01 Overview
Its 28-SIP, 15 Leads package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Bulk is indicated.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.In the absence of a 14.3V~15.7V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -20°C~60°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration starts with 15 terminations.You mount it with Through Hole.In the device, there are 15 pins.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.As a maximum, there is 7A limit to the output current.
