LTM9002IV-LA#PBF Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz ~ 300MHz.RF IC with the enhanced LGA-108 package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.Since this part is a High Speed RF IC , a number of solutions have been able to utiliHigh Speede it for various purposes.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 108-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85 °C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40 °C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
