This RF modulator operates at 800MHz~2.7GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Tube package, this RF modulator is mounted.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 8-pin RF module.
