RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 20MHz~5.5GHz.With the enhanced 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 40 terminations integrated.This is a 40-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
