HMC729LC3C Overview
Based on the frequency of 0Hz~26GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.16 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
