HMC706LC3CTR Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~13GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 16-LFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.16-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.
