HMC695LP4TR Overview
Based on the frequency of 11.4GHz~13.2GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.24 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.
