HMC695LP4 Overview
In the 11.4GHz~13.2GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Bulk package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 24 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 60mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
