HMC433 Overview
Using the frequency of 0Hz~8GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced SOT-23-6 package makes it an excellent RF IC.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 6 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 6-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 53mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
