HMC370LP4E Overview
A frequency of 14.4GHz~16.4GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 55mA in order to deliver its performance.
