HEL-775-B-U-0 Overview
For convenience, it is included in the Ceramic package. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. The supply voltage of the NTC thermistors should be set to 50V for best efficiency.
