HAL546UA-K Overview
Tape & Box (TB) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 4.2mA as maximum current. If these switches work, they can output 20mA as the maximum current. Magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 20mA to operate. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 4.2mA. There is 140°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -40°C.
