Description
The FMS6G20US60 is a Compact & Complex Module IGBT. Low conduction and switching losses, as well as short circuit toughness, are provided by Fairchild IGBT Power Module. It is intended for use in applications requiring short-circuit robustness, such as motor control and general inverters.
