Microprocessor 132-Pin 33MHz QFP
ET80960JS3316 Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in QFP, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. CPUs operate at 33MHz Hz. For functions of 132 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Temperatures above 100°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used. There is 3V voltage at the CPU core. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 3.45V. 3.15V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
