There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for NTC thermistors. The package 0402 (1005 Metric) includes it for convenience. As a result, the resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±1%. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~150°C. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -40°C.
