DKF103B5 Overview


An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). DO-204AH, DO-35, Axial includes it as a convenience. To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. A temperature setting of -40°C~250°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors are reliable when operating at 250°C. NTC thermistors can operate at -40°C for relability.
