DFLZ33-7 Overview
A reverse leakage current of 1μA @ 24V is required to supply this electrical device.Voltage (Tol) is limited to 6.06%.1μA is the maximum reverse leakage current.The design is highly flexible due to the zener current of 1μA.1.2V @ 200mA is reached when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation.This device functions best with a peak reverse voltage of 1μA.
