The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~3GHz.RF IC with the enhanced Flat Box, Terminator package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Flange Mount-type PCB or development board.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 150°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -55°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
