Current RMS is the average strength of the current without regard to its direction, and the current's RMS current (Irms) is 50A.A diode's maximal repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is the maximum voltage it can withstand in reverse-bias mode, and the Vrrm value for this device is 600V.Electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices require a holding current (hypostatic) to remain in the 'ON' state, and the current may be 150mA.Thyristors have a forward voltage of 1.9V, which is the amount of voltage required to get current flowing across a diode.In order to determine the effectiveness of insulation on conductors, leakage current can be measured and its maximum leakage current can be set as 6mA.
