AM6526BACDXA Overview
Due to its 784-LFBGA, FCBGA packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 2 Core, 32-Bit . Obtain a basic understanding of operating temperature around 0°C. From the Sitara™ series. ARM® Cortex®-A53, Arm® Cortex®-R5F is the processor core of this CPU. Memory controllers for this CPU are DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4. Featuring CAN, I²C, I²S, MMC/SD/SDIO, McASP, McSPI, QSPI, TDM, UART interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. There is 1.2V, 1.35V, 1.8V, 3.3V I/O running on this CPU. To transfer data, there are 64 bit bandwidths available. It has 5 Core cores. From 1.1 V onwards, the CPU microprocessor can operate. Suppliers offer the package 784-FCBGA (23x23).
