AM3894CCYG135 Overview


The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 1031-BFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~95°C TJ. The Sitara™ series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has I2C, McASP, McBSP, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with AM3894. In the case of a 1V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. For functions of 1031 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The maximum supply current is 1.05V. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used. Datasheets specify that the embedded microprocessor requires 1V power supplies. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 64kB. 64 I/Os are used by CPU programs to transfer data. 32kB is the size of the CPU's memory. It is possible to tell how busy the CPU is by using 7 counters. There are 3 UART (Universal Asynchro3us Receiver/Transmitter) channels on this embedded microprocessor
