AM3357BZCZA30 Overview
With a packing size of 324-LFBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. CPUs have 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. A Sitara™ series item. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor is present in this CPU. The CPU contains LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART. 1.8V 3.3V is the CPU's I/O address. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. You can search for variants of a microprocessor with AM3357. As a whole, there are 324 terminations. A 1.1V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. At 300MHz, the CPU operates.
