ADRV9009BBCZ-REEL Overview
As a RF Transceiver' mounting method, Surface Mount is used.Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF Transceiver module optimizes the performance of the RF Transceiver module 12v.A RF Transceiver module consists of 196 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, Transceiver's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.RF Transceivers that can supply 1.3V~1.8V volts are available.A 75MHz~6GHz frequency is used by the RF Transceiver Module.
