ADMV1012AEZ Overview


A frequency of 17.5GHz~24GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 32 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.
