Based on the frequency of 135MHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.72 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 72-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 125°C during operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
