5962-88503012C Overview
There is greater flexibility with the LCC package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Mosfet driver is based on 20 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 20 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.-55°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 727mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Keeping the supply current at 8mA ensures greater stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 18V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.
