The Axial package offers greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 8V ~ 17V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.-55°C ~ 150°C is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 2 terminations.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 120 V.Among the PTF series, this gate driver is included.As far as the resistance is concerned, it works with a resistance of 27 kOhms.
