Microprocessor 128-Pin 55.5MHz LQFP

20-668-0011 Overview


Due to its LQFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Bulk. A 55.5MHz frequency is used by the CPU. The datasheets for 128 pins provide details. To transfer data, there are 8b bandwidths available. An environment with a temperature higher than 85°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor.
