Z8018216FSC1838 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 100-QFP. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 8-Bit cores and 1 Core 8-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. ZIP™ is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z80180 processor. It has DRAM RAM controllers. A ASCI, CSIO, SCC, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 5.0V. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with Z80182. 16MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 100 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 8b bandwidths. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 5.5V. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. CPU programs transfer data via 24 I/Os. The 2 counters help determine how busy the CPU is.
