XC9503B093DR-G Overview
In the 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2V~10V volts and has 2V~10V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C. It can switch at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator.
